I was convalescing

I had to take two weeks off teaching my Les Mills classes and while I was convalescing, I had TIME on my hands haha! Those of you who know me, know I’m usually rushing from one thing to the other, one class, work, kids, kids’ social/school events…the life of a parent, eh? Well! A few weeks ago, I had a cortisone injection in my shoulder that had been bothering me for well over a year :/ After an MRI and specialist visit, the injection seemed like a good option and physio and rehabilitation were to follow.

Those first few days off work, I might have spent WAAAY too much time working in the garden and spring cleaning LOL! (#priorities) My poor shoulder felt it at night (Mr Physio wasn’t impressed). Of course, I did my daily admin and book-keeping stuff for The Baby Sleep Company With extra time on my hands and with Father’s Day in South Africa (and the UK) soon, I developed a creativity itch and went to work on this freebie for Father’s Day.
