Client gifts!

How awesome is it to receive a pretty package with your name on it when you least expect it? Client gifts are a GREAT way of spoiling your clients and letting them know how special they are! I love surprises, but I also love the idea of surprising my clients with a customised gift. Over the years, I’ve given mini albums as gifts and canvasses or prints of their favourite image. This year, I wanted to do something different and still tie it into my business and branding :)

I remembered receiving a thank you gift with a packaging order from Personalised Keepsakes a while back. It was a little baggie of candies – hard candies with the words “thank you”. I could never bring myself to eat them – I thought they were too cute! Anyway, I looked around the net and found a supplier of custom lollies. I also wanted to use one or two of their favourite images in a gift, so took to Zazzle in search of something appropriate. A double-sided keyring for a couple who were besotted with their little girl <3 I was also going to add a handwritten thank you note and a business magnet. My branding is very natural, Kraft-like, so it was a no-brainer. I found a Kraft box, some shredded brown paper (you can purchase these in packs from some stores) and wrapped the box with my usual colours and branding :) Take a look:

 

 

 

 

 

I was pleased to receive a message from them saying they were thrilled with their little thank you gift, and loved working with me <3 Client gifts aside, it was also nice to see what these products would turn out like. I’m always game to try something new, or suggest something new to clients.
