Picture a romantic holiday in New Zealand…he got on bended knee and asked *the* question and SHE SAID YES! <3

I was thrilled to be contacted by Frances and Steve to photograph their engagement session. Their wedding is to be had in New Zealand and they wanted a session here prior to take potential “save the date” shots. With their two fur babies!! We decided on a great location and when we finally got the pups settled (did we ever get them really settled?), we got one or two test shots before they ran off excitedly. One of them. Straight. Into. The. Mud. >.< OH MY GOSH. Sooooo funny! Steve was wearing this fabulous white shirt and khaki short. Frances was wearing this divine light peach playsuit….! Mud ERRYWHERE! Luckily we had some water and towels in the car and washed down as best we could (Photoshop did the rest!). 

The pups were super cute and my assistant (Mr Jason) had the best time with them. He said after I didn’t have to pay him for work as he’d had so much fun with the dogs! hahaha

What a great session and they were happy to pose and do whatever I suggested. We got some great shots. Take a look:
