Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, we emigrated to Brisbane in November 2005. My husband (and sometimes 2nd shooter, Simon) and I are parents to two very busy little boys, Matthew and Jason. As any child photographer will tell you, my main inspiration (and subjects) are my children. Our little Matthew has now also taken an interest in photography, often lamenting (and sounding suspiciously like me) when he doesn't have his camera on hand to take an awesome shot!

He is an adorable little thing, more so because he gets excited when he hears my voice and snuggles when I pick him up for cuddles! No no…..I’m nowhere near clucky! I just love this little man and can’t get enough of his beautiful little face and expressions! This week has been a tad hectic. We had Mother’s morning tea at Matthew’s kindergarten and I couldn’t resist getting photographs of the kids at play (none that I can post here, unfortunately). I also have a maternity shoot coming up next week, as well as Matthew’s pre-Prep interview and a house inspection!
